Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces please allow 1 to 6 weeks to process your order. Timeframes are as follows:

* 1 week processing before shipping:

  -Rolling Trays  -Stash Boxes 

* 2 weeks processing before shipping:

   -Non-Resin Top Boxes (Small)

* 3 weeks processing before shipping:

   -Figurines  -Headdresses  -Hidden Realms Artwork 

   -Non-Resin Top Boxes (Large)  -Planters  -Resin Top Boxes

   -Serving Trays  -Travel Altars  -Wands

* 4 to 6 weeks processing before shipping:

   -Brooms  -Crochet Bags  -Staffs  -Walking Sticks

* All readings are by appointment only scheduled at:

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes. Once your item(s) ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number. In the rare case of a processing delay, we will reach out immediately with an updated timeframe. All orders may be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund.

Local/National Shipping & Delivery:

No International shipments available. 

There are no shipping & handling charges applied to any options selected from our “Readings” section.

Shipment methods offered are: 

* USPS Ground Advantage- 5 to 8 business days to most domestic locations 

  AFTER order processing. 

In the rare case of a shipping delay, we will reach out immediately with an updated timeframe. In the event the courier confirms the item is lost in transit, we will send a new item at no extra cost or supply a full refund.

We offer free pick up to our local Washington neighbors! Simply select "Pickup" instead of "Ship" during the checkout process. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our items, orders require 1 to 6 weeks of processing time before they are ready for pickup. Once your order is complete and ready, pickup scheduling requires a minimum of 5 or more days — so please plan accordingly. When your order is ready you will receive a "ready-for-pickup" confirmation email. Once you receive this email please reply in order to confirm a pickup time. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone) and a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order. When you arrive at the pickup location please call us at (253) 256-3093 with your name and order number. Items left unclaimed for 14 days will be refunded and restocked.
