Q: How fast do the brooms go?
A: That depends on the skill and agility of the rider.
Q: What are the brooms made of?
A: They are made with broomcorn, wood and other (mostly) natural
elements.
Q: What do the brooms run on?
A: They are lunar powered.
Q: Where do you get the broomcorn?
A: We order from an industrial supplier located in Texas.
Q: How do you attach the antlers and crystals to the broom?
A: Magick, of course!
Q: Where do you get the sticks?
A: We find sticks in a number of places including beaches, our own
property, friends’ properties, up-cycled walking canes, as well as
spiral sticks and diamond willow which we order because neither
grow in our area.
Q: Do you carve the spirals in the handles?
A: No, that’s Mother Nature’s artwork. The spiral is formed when a vine
wraps around a growing limb. As the limb continues to grow, the vine
is completely covered by the growing wood.
Q: How long does it take to make a broom?
A: That depends primarily on how complex the art on the handle is.
Sometimes it takes several days or longer to finish a handle. The
other factor is how large the circumference is. Once the weaving
begins, it has to be completed in one sitting. The process can take
longer when the handle is large, heavy and/or not equally balanced.

Q: Where are you based?
A: We are located in the Tacoma, Washington area.
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Do you ship globally?
A: We ship within the US solely at this time.
Q: What if I want to cancel my order?
A: Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping.
Q: Do you have a customer loyalty program?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes, we offer both standard and expedited shipping.
Q: Do you offer discount codes and/or coupons?
A: Not at this time.
Q: What if my package is stolen?
A: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after proof of
delivery. We recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim for
stolen property in these rare instances.
Q: What if my package is officially lost in transit?
A: If the courier confirms the item is lost in transit, we will send a new item
immediately at no extra cost or supply a full refund.
Q: My tracking hasn’t updated in several days. Is my order lost?
A: While packages can be delayed, if your package shows “In Transit"
with no movement for 10 business days or stuck in a loop please
contact us.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: Due to the unique, handmade process of our products, all sales are
final. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges or store credits issued
due to the item’s handmade nature. However, we do stand by the quality
of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If a product
arrives damaged, defective and/or incorrect please contact us with
photos within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Q: Where can I find the tracking number for my shipment?
A: There are several ways to retrieve your tracking number. All customers
will receive a shipping confirmation email that provides the tracking
number. The Order Status Page provides real-time tracking updates
as well. And finally, if you have a registered account, you can log into
your profile to review order history and tracking information.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Thank you again for your order! Routine production is 4-6 weeks
due to the handmade nature of our products. Once your item(s) ship,
you will receive a tracking number. In the rare case of a delay, we will
reach out immediately with an updated timeframe.
